Wild Ginger is the latest venture by the talented team behind the award-winning Seagrass Brasserie and calls the historic Huskisson home. This stylish restaurant and wine bar is perfectly poised on the scenic south coast and lovely shores of Jervis Bay.

With a menu that specialises in south-east Asian cuisine, dishes range in flavours and textures; they may include Chinese-style five spice roasted duck broth with prawn gyoza or whole fish cooked in a southern-style green curry with holy basil.
